Education
The National Trust for Scotland education department supports education in a variety of ways. School parties and educational groups are always welcome at Glencoe. Educational membership allows free entry to all our properties. Here at Glencoe that means free entry into the exhibition at the Visitor Centre and access to the education room on site.
Here at Glencoe we have a dedicated education room and ranger who will be happy to show you round prior to your school visit. We welcome educational parties of all ages and are here to help you plan your visit to the site. Whether you would like an unaccompanied visit to the centre and glen, or if you would like a ranger led walk, talk or activity, the education ranger is happy to discuss your needs and tailor a visit to suit.
The National Trust for Scotland Ranger Service encourages learners of all ages to explore the secrets of the countryside and help youngsters to understand the environment and how to conserve it.
Education at Glencoe is varied and we can provide for all ages from pre-school, primary and secondary schools to universities and professional development.
